TurboTax Premier 2023 Desktop version constantly hanged on Registration

The paid TurboTax Premier 2023 Desktop version on MacOS (the latest, Sonoma 14.4.1) constantly hanged (with loading spinner) on Registration popup after clicking Register Later when the app was launched.

I have to force quit the app and relaunch almost every time.

The same product last year (Premier 2022) launched side by side does have this problem at all, which puzzles me. Also tried 2021 version, no such problem.

The suggested solution doesn't help. TurboTax just hang after upgrading to Sonoma 14.4.1. It happens on the Registration page, the Save to PDF page, the File pull down, or just hang for no apparent reason. I think it is a OS compatibility issue. I must have Force Quit at least 5 times already.
