TurboTax Free Edition Online

I'm not sure there is a question here. I am a reasonably happy TurboTax user. I do mine and my kids returns, so I see a variety of TurboTax types of returns. Maybe I can help, can you say what isn't working? (and no, I don't work for Intuit. If I did, I would fix their website. It is horrible. I just finished a return, and it asked if I would answer someone's question. So here I am. I'll try one)
