It gives an error saying " Preparer name must be entored" but there is no option to add preparer's name

@jigar-ms Paid tax preparers are not allowed to use TurboTax to prepare tax returns. You cannot put their name on your tax return. Taxes prepared using this software are considered to be "self-prepared." Your tax preparer violated the terms of service if he charged you to prepare a return using this program.

So you can not say in the interview that it was done by a preparer.
