Turbotax was bought for 5 computers, but it doesn't work when someone in the family tries to download the software, what can be the problem?

Did you purchase a download of the software for each home? You cannot use one purchase of the CD/Download to use on all your families computers. The License agreement states you can install the software on computers you own. Then you can prepare your families returns on your computer.
