Every time that I click "Enter info" on the Property Tax page, the system returns to the main deductions screen. I have an up to date product and I am not using a browser. The software seems to be broken.
I figured out a solution on my own. I went directly to the Forms view and entered the information directly into the form. It is very disappointing that TurboTax does not have some method for customers to notify them when their software does not work. No CD and now no customer service.
