TurboTax won't let me efile - says I have too many characters

When I try to efile my 2023 taxes, TurboTax keeps telling me I have too many characters on the Iowa Information Worksheet which won't be filed with the taxes anyway. The message I get says "Dividend Income Worksheet: Payer has too many characters." It's highlighting the Suffix box behind my name. I don't have a suffix (Jr., Sr., etc.). I have even gone back to both Federal and State information areas to make sure I didn't inadvertently put something in there, but there's nothing. Everytime I try to move past this, I get the same thing. It won't let me file without doing another review and every time it reviews, it gets hung up on this same thing. Is there any way around this?

Apparently, it's a mis-directed issue in the main name of the financial provider....Payer

Go back to the Federal section and edit that 1099-DIV (or 1099-INT) to shorten the main Payer/Provider name.
