Question

Turtotax is not reporting my interest income properly. I imported / uploaded the form but it is still showing 0 when it should be a lot more. How to fix?

I've tried uploading the form and connecting directly to the bank service but either way the investments and savings still show as 0. How to fix?

don't import or upload, just enter it manually.  Unless you have a state requirement don't worry about address and TIN etc this is not needed to file - just payer name, Box 1 and any other box amounts; and just total for that bank, you don't need to enter each account if you had multiple accounts/CDs etc.
