two people, married filing jointly, different residence

Hi, I'm in CO, wife in NC, m. filing jointly, how can we share the TT Injustice downloaded, and work on our joint return together? Thanks

    You cannot work "together" using desktop software from two different locations in the country.  The software and your tax return is only stored on your own hard drive.   It is not storing any of your information online. Your spouse in NC would have no way to know what you entered from your computer in CO.     If you want to do what you describe, you should be using online TurboTax and you would both just log in using the same account and user ID each time.   But even with that, you cannot both be logged in to the account at the exact same time.
