TX First Time Home buyer trying to file with my MCC, but missing the number?

Hello,

I'm a TX first time home buyer who got the MCC certificate and trying to file for this years (2020) taxes.
But, I'm stuck on the window to enter the MCC Number?
My certificate just has my name and date. It doesn't have the number needed to enter into my turbotax.
Tried calling my local office here, but they told me I don't need the number?
So, now I'm super confused as I can't go past the window without the number unless I select No to first time homebuyer with the MCC.
I've read online that I can contact the local govt office to get a duplicate certificate, but I don't want to pay the fee if the next certificate is exactly the same.

Any ideas on what to do next or what I could be missing?
