Unable to activate

When I open the program it goes to the activation screen then I get the message that I am not connected to the Internet when I clearly am. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting the computer, turning off the firewall, and I get the same message. This is the fourth year I have used TurboTax on the same PC and the first time with this problem.
