Unable to download 2024 turbotax premier

I have a Mac with Monterey 12.76 and it will not upgrade to 13.0 I didn't realize this until I tried to download Turbotax 2024 premier and it requires os13.0 Is there a version that I can run or what. I have tried to talk to a human but no luck.

Sorry---if you cannot upgrade your OS you will not be able to use the desktop download. But you can still use online software. Seek a refund for the download. You cannot use the license key to pay for the online software.
