Unable to E-File Indiana State Return Indiana Individual From 8582 Passive Activity Loss Limitation

Hello,

I am trying to E-File my Indiana state taxes and TurboTax is unable to do this indicating certain forms are currently unavailable for filing. The form it identifies is Indiana Individual From 8582 Passive Activity Loss Limitation. It does indicate that this / these forms will be ready soon. I am looking for confirmation that this is something being worked on and would like to get an ETA if possible. I've been checking status on this for the last 3 weeks and it has remained the same. I know I have plenty of time to get this filed however I'm just wanting to make sure this issue is getting addressed. Any update on this would be much appreciated.

Form 8582 is a Federal form and will be available on:

Form 8582-CR, Passive Activity Credit Limitations

Your Federal return must be accepted in order to e-file a State return.

Thank you for the quick reply. I see this 8582 form will be ready early March which is great. My federal taxes were filed, received and process successfully a few weeks ago so as this point, I'm waiting on form 8582 to process my Indiana state taxes. Thanks again for the info. I will track this going forward using the thread you provided.
