Unable to import 1099. I get 'internal server error'

I am trying to import 1099s from Etrade, ComputerShare, MorganStanley account, but TurboTax desktop software gives "internal server error" after asking for userid password to connect to my account.  In fact it could not import my W2 also.  How can I fix this?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.
