Unable to see 1099 from QuickBooks

I was sent a 1099 for work that I did in 2020.  The 1099 is electronic - using QuickBooks.  I need an intuit account to open/see the 1099.    I have an intuit account - but when attempting to login to my intuit account to see my 1099 I find that I'm unable to.   

 

I've tried resetting my password - but while doing so I get this messages (see attached screen capture).   The issue is unresolved.  Is it possible to speak to a human over the telephone?  Or, will such an attempt lead to hours of stonewalling?

    It would be best to contact Quickbooks customer service. They can assist you with the issue.
