Today there was an unauthorized purchase of TurboTax deluxe advantage deluxe from my account

If you had an active Advantage account then it was authorized if you did not cancel the purchase in advance when the email alert was sent a couple of weeks ago.  

 

Now you need to : 

1) log into your advantage account and cancel it so it doesn't happen again next year

2) put in for a refund 

 

 

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.

If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.
