Under file, we are not receiving the 6 digit code to verify our e-mail address.

 It may take a while for the verification code to be emailed to you.  You may want to check your junk email folders too. (Requesting a new code too soon will invalidate the old code and you’ll end up waiting longer.)

If you have not received a code, check that you have the correct email listed in your account:

  • Select MyAccount from the upper right.
  • Click the Account Settings option.
  • If the email is wrong, click Edit on the Email address line in the PROFILE section and follow the instructions.

Ive received an order confirmation email. I have NOT received the verification code that was to be sent to my email. It has been over 15 minutes that I have been waiting.
