Under the Deluxe or Deluxe + MAX plan, can turbotax CPAs or EAs advise on international tax matters and international tax returns?

No, our CPAs and EAs can not advise on information about non-U.S. tax returns and matters.

I would like to know if TurboTax CPAs / EAs can advise on international tax matters as they apply to US tax returns. For example, foreign earned income, overseas financial accounts, retirement account options for US expats, etc.
