Unemployment

I have 3 months of unemployment and my 1099-G but I didn't have any taxes withheld.  When I input it into Turbo Tax it did not change what I owe at all so I'm wondering what wrong?

    If you didn't get an error when you entered your 1099-G in TurboTax, it could be that you don't owe any tax on your Unemployment. 

     

    If you pass the Federal Review, this is probably the case.

     

    You could delete your 1099-G and re-enter it if you are unsure about your tax situation. 

     

    Click on Tax Tools > Tools > Delete from the left-side menu to locate your form on the list.
