Question

Unlike tax year 2019, I cannot find 1099-INT in my bank's web site. Does my bank web site cannot find 1099-INT means I do not have to file?

You may not have earned enough interest for them to have created a Form 1099-INT for you.  Banks and other businesses are required to send you a Form 1099-INT if they pay you $10 or more in interest during the year. If the amount is less than $10, the bank does not have to send you a 1099-INT, but you are required to report the income. You report it as if the bank had sent you a 1099-INT. Just put the bank name as the payer and put the interest in Box 1.
