Update Problem Required Reinstall

Turbotax Premier 2021 could not complete updates.  the instructions I found on the Community suggested reinstalling TurboTax Premier 2021.  I uninstalled TurboTax Premier 2021 using the TurboTax uninstaller.  When I tried to reinstall the program, the installer just sat at 0% for an hour so I stopped the install.  I was not able to complete the install after many tries and had to use another computer.  I ran the Windows Troubleshooter and checked the Windows Installer and found no issues.  I even copied the files to a Desktop folder and ran the installer from the Desktop folder with the same results.  I also purchased a Download copy and got the same results.

Note: Since I already used the CD copy, I was not permitted to convert to the Download copy.
