Updated my account information and I noticed that the email you sent shows a price of $69.99 while the turbotax home page shows the same product for $59.00. Why$10more?

You are comparing the TurboTax desktop software CD/Download Deluxe edition to the TurboTax online Deluxe edition.  The two Deluxe editions are not the same and have different price points.

Your Deluxe desktop edition purchased through the Advantage subscription is $10 less then the current price for the same edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

The Deluxe desktop edition comes with one free state program download (current value $44.99).  The Deluxe online edition has the state program as an additional charge.  The Deluxe desktop edition can create and complete as many tax returns as needed with no further charge.  The Deluxe online edition is only for completing one tax return per account.  The Deluxe desktop edition comes with 5 free federal e-files.  The Deluxe online edition can only e-file one tax return.  The Deluxe desktop edition has direct access to all forms, schedules and worksheets through Forms mode.  The Deluxe online edition has No direct access to any forms, schedules or worksheets.

Well, first you have to be clear about why/what you updated.

Turbotax Advantage????  Deluxe? Premier? H&B?

IF for your TTX Advantage setup for pre-purchase, the prices shown on the TTX webpage are the 2018 prices..not the 2019 prices (though they could be the same, we have not been notified what they are yet)
