upgrade is not correct product version

I have purchased the upgrade to the home/business product and downloaded the product from the intuit website. However, when I "install" it, it never asked for the license code and still shows up as the Premier product when I run it. What have I done wrong?

    In TurboTax CD\Download please navigate to the following:

    1. Select Help in the upper left hand corner of TurboTax (you should see File  Edit  View  Tools  Online Help). 
    2. Select Switch product. You should see the product(s) you have. 
    3. You should also see Activate new product
    4. If you have H&B, select it and see if it loads. You may also have to restart your computer. 
    5. If you don't see H&B, select Activate new product

    I tried clearing everything in Safari and Chrome but still get the same result.The Home and Business download does not ask for the new license key and still has the Premier banner when started.
