Upgrading from Download to Live

Hello,

 

I bought TurboTax Deluxe and have to file 2 states so I had already paid for the state e file as well. However, I’ve hit a lot of snags and questions I haven’t seen before and decided I need help to finish filing. Can I upgrade to live from where I’m at and not lose all the money I’ve already spent between the download and state e files?

    No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

    Sorry but LIVE is only for the Online web versions and not available for the Desktop program.  You can not switch unless you start over in Online and pay for Online.  And you wouldn't want to do that.  The Desktop program has more features and advantages over Online.

     

    You will have to try to get help with your Desktop program.  What problems are you having?  You can post here (we've seen almost everything) or call regular support.
