"Uploading your TurboTax Desktop file"

I am trying to upload my tax2018 file to Turbotax online. It keeps on spinning and say "Uploading your TurboTax Desktop file". After around 15-20 minutes, the session timed out.  taxReturn.tax2018 file size is around 37MB.

    I filed my 2018 tax return using Turbo Tax Premier. This year I tried to upload the file "taxReturn.tax2018" to Turbotax Online after upgrading to the premier. Initially, it shows the progress at the lower-left corner of the screen. Once it says 100%, it still says "Uploading your Desktop File" and after a few minutes session timed out.

     

    Last year taxReturn.tax2018 file size is around 35MB.

    You may need to clear your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
