I spent three hours trying to opt out of your higher level services as I tried to the taxes for my low income disabled mother. I am a CPA and resent your attempts to force a higher fee she doesn't need to pay, and I don't need. In the end you won and stole an extra $30 or $40 bucks from her. Great work. You should be completely ashamed of yourselves, but given the cheap tactics involved here, shame is clearly something this company does not acknowledge.
