Used Deluxe+State, paid turbo tax $25 to file OH tax. It was rejected due to a software glitch on Turbotax's side. How do i get a credit for the $25 OH filling fee?

After my return was rejected I contact OH tax support as was told that it seemed that it was rejected due to a TurboTax software glitch. I now plan to file my OH tax online and need to know how to get a refund for the $25 filling fee TurboTax charged me.
