I moved to VA mid July, so under the 183 day requirement for full year resident.
On filling our my return, it asks when I arrived, but also asks for an END DATE. Is this end date just 12/31/2023 since this is for 2023 tax year? Wasn't sure since technically I have no end date of living in VA
