W-2 jump goes to blank page

When I try to enter my w-2, it goes to a blank page. I have searched for w-2, and I get "jump to form w-2" That also goes to a blank page.

Same thing happens when I try to enter car taxes and house taxes.

Any help?

This was a suggestion by our awesome Tax Champ @DoninGA and was successful.

See if this will help - Save your tax return. Close the TurboTax program.

Right click on the TurboTax 2021 icon on your computer screen.

Click on Run as Administrator

Start the TurboTax program and continue your tax return. See if the problem has been resolved.

After Clicking update w-2 screen goes blank. Same if I use import W-2

W-2 jump screen is blank. Says no documents even though previous year info was carried forward.

This will not allow me to enter the W-2 into the income section. What is the solution to resolve?

I'm having the same issue. Using a desktop with Windows. Jump to is also blank. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still blank. This is the second year I've had this issue with Turbo Tax. I don't think I'll use the download option anymore to purchase TurboTax. I'm wondering if that is the problem. I never had it when I did a CD version.

This is what I did and it fixed the problem. However, the program does seem to hesitate and run a lot slower now. I'm glad someone found a fix!

Work for me as well when running as adminstrator. I'm using desktop Premier version on W10.

Close Turbotax and then right click on the 'Turbotax' icon on your screen. Select 'Run As Administrator' and the problem will be corrected.

I read this on a few other posts here and it DOES WORK!

I did EXACTLY as the poster said.

I closed Turbo Tax. I right clicked on the TT icon on my Mac. There was no Choice to run as Administrator.

So I have the same problem as before.

Please see below:

I am getting a blank page when I click on update 2022 wages.

I have tried this many times.

I cannot go any further.

I am using a Mac 2022 downloaded desktop version Turbo Tax Home and Business

Could there be a problem with the Turbo Tax Software?

Have you resolved your issue. I have the same issue running on Mac. Premier was downloaded. W2 portion goes to blank page. I tried manually entering on the Forms but I cannot add anymore W2s. No option also to run as Administrator.
