Employer deferred payment of the Social Security tax as part of the Coronavirus, Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act. We have fully repaid, I see that we received a W-2C but I am not sure if we need to amend our tax return from last year or if we need to somehow factor that in for the 2021 tax year. I tried to talk to a person but was disconnected and haven't been able to reconnect... Anyone know the rules and how to factory that?

If the corrected W-2 only changed the amount of Social Security taxes withheld then you do not need to amend the 2020 tax return.  SS taxes are not entered on a tax return.
