W-4 requires pay period information, I no longer work but receive a W2 for Life Insurance, how do I get past this section on the W4, it keeps showing up as an error?

I want to figure out my estimated qtrly taxes for 2018, when doing this via TurboTax it won't let me leave the Pay Period Information blank.  I assume because it knows I get a W2 for Life Insurance.  I never receive the money and so I can't select how often I get paid.  How do I get around this/

Enter the normal quarterly pay period and, if the income is credited to your account monthly, enter that quarterly amount of income.  Just think of the pay period as the period for which you want to make estimated tax,as opposed to the period for which you receive actual income.  You don't send this form anywhere, just keep it for your own calculations so it doesn't really matter.
