Question

Want to downgrade to plus from Self Employed. System wont let me since i did my taxes last month. Wont let me clear and restart since i already filed.

If you already filed it's too late to downgrade.  Why do you want to downgrade after you already filed?

Filed with turbo tax free (2018) taxes. Want to download 2017 tax returns but i have to pay for almost 200$ just to download a prior tax return. Just want to go back to free then pay for plus.

Yes going to have to contact them. Its unfortunate that they don't have a phone number to contact them directly.
