If you already filed your income tax return before the American Rescue Act was passed, you do not need to do anything.  The IRS will be refunding affected taxpayers for the taxes paid on the first $10,200 of unemployment income if you met the requirements as detailed in the link below.  (See the paragraph above Line 7.)

I received my refund. I was on unemployment and my 1040 changed when I looked at it on turbo .com. So I was wondering will I get a refund from unemployment tax

Yes, look for an additional refund starting in mid-July.  You do NOT need to amend your tax return.  The IRS is aware that those returns filed prior to the legislative changes need to be adjusted and they have stated that they will do the adjustments manually without the need for a Form 1040-X.
