Good.  That is not an authorized vendor.  Did you pay them money?  You should get a refund and purchase Turbotax from a reliable vendor (includes sites like Amazon, Staples, Best Buy, OfficeMax, Target, NewEgg, and others.)

Hi Again,

Sorry I was not clear, I bought the software from COSTCO, when you open the package, it has the license code inside like last year, and tells you to for the download to: "Go to InstallTurboTax.com"  When you attempt to do that, is when the firefox reports the error.  somehow the https://Installturbotax.com is not correct.

 

Hope this is more clear.

It looks like the digital trust certificate for that web site expired on March 15.  The expired certificate is probably what is triggering the red flag in Firefox.  I will try and report this, although I don't know when action will be taken.  You may also want to call customer support.

 

You could indicate that you trust the web site, or you could wait for the certificate to be updated.  (I am assuming the address is correct based on your statement.)
