Question

Wash sales are under 1$ the system won't let me enter the amount what do I do?

Either enter $1 or delete the entry (not "0", just delete and make blank). 

 

If neither of those approaches work, you may need to delete all the transactions imported from your broker, and then manually enter a generic Capital Gains/Loss entry using just the summary numbers from the broker's info.
