It depends on the type of help you need.  If you are wanting to contact TurboTax about trying to get the Refund Advance, that deadline has passed. If you already applied for the Refund Adavnce and were accepted, but still did not receive the loan, then you need to make sure your tax return was accepted by the IRS. If it's been accepted, you can begin to track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

 

For questions regarding your Refund Advance status, you will need to reach out to Credit Karma. You can contact them by clicking here.
