Here is an updated message on the situation:

The Massachusetts Department of Revenue recently implemented some updates that have affected the forms within TurboTax. Additional time is needed to implement these changes to ensure your return is filed accurately. We anticipate these software updates being available after February 15, 2024. Please log in to your program after this date, and update your software if you are using the desktop product, (for online products, this happens automatically). Proceed through and review your Massachusetts return, and re-transmit your return.

Now it is 2/15, so I logged back in and followed the steps to fix and refile. My return was rejected again. Now what?

I had the same problem, but when I downloaded any upgrades this morning (2-15) I got no methods to fix the problem – just the same message ("....will be available Feb. 15") I went ahead and resubmitted the  Mass. return and it was also rejected again. I got hold of a person at Intuit and they said the fix might arrive late tonight and to check again Friday morning (2-16). We'll see.
