Way is my state tax not going through

Your state return cannot go through because the IRS has not begun to accept federal returns yet.   The state cannot be accepted until the IRS accepts federal.  The IRS starts rejecting/accepting returns on January 29.  

And....you probably have some state forms not ready.

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.
