Question

We are filing jointly on the 1040-SR. It keep rejecting for spouses AGI and filing jointly should show as one.

What do I use for the spouse (husband) AGI and where do I find it?

You have to enter a 2019 AGI for each of you, even though you are filing jointly. If you filed jointly for 2019, you both have the same 2019 AGI. It's the AGI on line 8b of your joint 2019 Form 1040 or 1040-SR. You enter the same amount for each of you.

I do not have a line 8b only 8 which is 0.  I put this in and was rejected.  I put in our agi on line 11 and still rejected.  I do not understand what to do
