Is there an accounting program that will download info to turbo tax automatically?

Quicken used to have a rental property manager component but I do not believe it is still available.

Regardless, you are far better off entering the information on your rental(s) manually into the program.

QuickBooks Desktop data can be imported into TurboTax Business CD/Download software, or TurboTax Online Self-Employed software. Please see this Help Article for further assistance.

I am not sure whether QuickBooks will work for @jkl4486's purpose of importing data from a residential rental property into TurboTax since that data belongs on Schedule E.

QuickBooks importing is generally set up for data transfer from a business (i.e., sole proprietorship/single-member LLC) with Schedule C as the target.
