We filed a 2019 1040x the only thing showing up is personal info and the refund amount, all columns are blank, what should we do?

The same thing happened on the amended 1040x all columns are blank, the numbers are not flowing to the form, any other suggestion?

It is important to not make any changes until after you trigger the Amendment. If you changed your tax return before, you need to..

cancel your amendment, following these steps:
1. From the left menu, select Cancel Amendment and confirm this choice
restore your return to how it was originally filed
1. Go back to any areas you may have changed and verify that your refund marker has the same amount as when you originally submitted your returns

Otherwise, TurboTax does not have the original filing. There will be no change to report if the original is already the updated status.
