Question

We had all of our marketing photo and video footage to advertise our golf camps stolen. How do we list this as theft in our taxes?

The footage was irreplaceble and had a huge cost on our business as this was how we bring in new customers. Not sure how to not this in taxes.

When you produced the videos you would list the cost of that as businesses expenses. Once the videos are stolen, you cannot take an additional deduction based on the intrinsic value of the property. You can only deduct expenses on your tax return, not lost revenue.
