We live abroad. I am trying to pay with a US credit card. How do I solve the error message "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." when paying?

I am trying to pay for turbo tax, not my tax bill.

To pay for the TurboTax account you must use a US credit card with a US billing address.  Otherwise you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance in paying for the account.  Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.

 

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  

 

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
