We received the CD but our new computer doesn't have a slot. How can we switch to the online version without paying for the download? Thanks!

You can request a download be pushed to your download account form TurboTax support since you purchased the CD.

Or you can request a refund for the software purchase using this website if you purchased the CD through TurboTax - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

Be careful not to use the Online browser version.  Online is not the same as the Desktop CD/Download program.  You need to get the download for it.  

If you use the Online internet version where you log into an account each time you will end up paying for online again separately.

I paid for my 2020 automatic renew of turbo tax advantage in November of 2020 and I can not find my product or download under my user ids.
