Question

We were overcharged for the online purchase of the online edition of Turbotax, the amount charged to our credit card is not the same price showing on the check-out page.

We contacted customer support and tried to get refund. We were directed to filling out online form, but refund department never responded.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for any Billing Issues.  On the website do not enter Refund or you will get a response for a tax refund.  Use the key word Billing Issue.

Thanks! We did contact TurboTax support, three phone calls and hours on the phone, everytime, we received a request of a refund link, we submitted the request and never received any reply, It has been more than a month. The customer supports are very sympethatic, but they said there were nothing they could help and they couldn't get hold of refund department. I post it here to see if anyone else has similar experience and how to resolve this kind of issue. Can I file a complaint somewhere?
