If you are getting help from a valid TT employee they may ask you for a "sanitized" copy of your return for diagnostic reasons. Once you click that option the code is generated so that they can pull it up securely in the TT system and review your return without any PII info on it ... this is an excellant diagnostic tool.

Good thing only they can access these returns thru there secure system or your posting the code on this PUBLIC internet forum could have been disasterous as a scammer could have accessed your personal information.
