Form 1040 is automatically generated by TurboTax when you enter your tax data.

 

Or are you asking how to see your form 1040?

 

If so, if you are using the Online product, then click on Tax Tools on the left, then Tools underneath that, then click on View Tax Summary in the center, then click on Preview my 1040 back on the left.

 

If you are a CD/download user, then just click on Form to enter Forms mode where you can see all forms.
