What address do I enter to pay for TurboTax with a credit card from a U.S. based financial institution, with no U.S. address?

I am foreign based, with a US Citibank credit card.   The input requires a US address.

Workaround: paid using Apple Pay on the mobile app.

    For this to work do you need access to the US Apple Store? Is the mobile app available from non-US Apples Stores?
