You are posting from Self-Employed, which suggests that you must have entered some sort of income you received for being an independent contractor or that was reported on a 1099Misc.  What income did you enter?  Why are you asking if you get a refund?  Did you not look at your tax return or the screens that show you the result of your tax preparation?

HOW MUCH IS MY REFUND?  DO I OWE?

No one else can see your screen, your tax return or your account. But YOU can see it.

What does it say on the "refund monitor" on the screen?

Look at your Form 1040.  What do you see on line 20?  Line 23?

 Line 20 is a refund

Line 23 is tax due that you have to pay to the IRS

What does the TurboTax summary show you?  What does it say in Tax Home?

What are your fees?  Are you having them deducted from your federal refund?  If so, then do some math.

How can I see my TurboTax  fees?

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY?  I WANT THE FREE EDITION

The information that you can enter in Free Edition is pretty limited now.  Thanks to the new tax laws that began for 2018 returns, there are no more simple Form 1040EZ or 1040A's.  Everything goes on a Form 1040 that has three extra "schedules" with it, and if you need any of those schedules, you are not able to use the Free Edition.  Using the standard deduction instead of itemizing does NOT mean you will not need any of those schedules.https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4511011-what-happened-to-the-1040a-and-1040ez
