What am I supposed to do with this? It asks for Box 1, 4, 8 and etc for unemployment but this is what the state gave me.
it just includes the total payment and tax withheld.
Enter a 1099G for unemployment under
Federal on left
Wages & Income at top
Unemployment - Click the Start or Update Button
Put the total in box 1 and any withholding in box 4. You don’t need any other boxes.
