What can I do if I haven’t paid for Turbo tax - as my phone shows free edition, yet I can’t restart over due to “I’ve already paid for turbo tax” ?

I have screen shots of said messages through the app, all I’m trying to due is fix my tax return and not have to do an amendment of tax return

You can't clear and start over a return in the Free Edition once it is registered.  You can clear and start over as long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered your product.

 

If you already filed your return and it has been accepted, then you would need to amend your return to correct any errors or add information.

 

If you have not filed your return yet, you can go back into your return and make the changes that are needed.
